I have the transcripts and will study them over the next few days. Just
from a quick scan-through, I am cautiously optimistic about Cong.
Boehlert's comments. The witnesses from industry did good, although Lou
Gomez' document looks cheesy (probably because it was converted from PPT to
PDF by someone clueless.)
