The ERPS Web site is being visited regularly by a robot which ignores
ROBOTS.TXT and any other measures intended to exclude spiders. It defaces
the Wiki every time it visits. Its purpose is apparently to collect e-mail
addresses. Sean expects the next version of Wiki will help.

NEW BUSINESS
============
Pierce announced a Ranch trip for the following Saturday. The main task
is
laying network and video cable to the lower blockhouse. The blockhouse also
needs to be cleaned out, and its roof must be resealed. A team will
assemble around ten AM at the shop.
Dave M reported on the RLV working group at COMSTAC. Apparently it went
very well. The guidelines for experimental launch permits are much more
reasonable that for a launch license. The major problem from a paperwork
standpoint is National Environmnental Policy Act compliance.
Gerry reported that ERPS was missed at the recent Baycon.
A brief Annual Meeting was held. By voice vote, the slate of officers
and
directors was carried over into the new year.
Meeting #302 adjourned at 9:45 PM. The next meeting will take place at 8 PM
on 11 July at our facility in Santa Clara. Watch the list for driving
directions.
Respectfully submitted,
Chris Winter
Secretary, ERPS
