See earlier in this thread, where this strawman was mentioned as requiring
either a cover grammar for ArrowFormalParameters (namely Expression), plus a
restriction against arrow block body being a
block-with-labeled-statement-as-first-child -- or else GLR or PEG or something
that is not going to fly in the spec.
