Hm, how does making it "configurable" fit in with the 1JS tale? Even
if the configuration is pre-selected by external means, it still means
that JS-in-the-browser is effectively a different language than
JS-standalone.
I don't think 1JS was about JavaScript in different platforms. I think
it was about having one language on the web browser and not having an
opt-in (with particular script@type) to choose between 2 different (but
close) languages.
