I filed https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=22824 to have Date object support removed from WebIDL.
Note that this doesn't mean that Date objects can't be returned from DOM APIs (or any other APIs). It just means that we stop actively encouraging it.
