This proposal is great! There is already a lot of valid use-cases, when using es6-Map or ImmutableMap (instead of just Object) makes perfect sense, so it would be really sad if one could not easily destructure these.
BTW, what's the reason for having extensible destructuring on (general) iterables, but only on one very specific Map-like structure (Object)? It seems at least inconsistent.
