Is there a better place than this list to ask design questions that cover current best practice, upcoming features, and possible improvements to the language?
e.g. I have found myself oft implementing function decorators and other mods to basic function behavior. I'm sure that my implementation could be improved and would be interested in feedback. But I'd also be interested in discussion of how the language is evolving to make it easier.
