Tracked down what was going wrong. We're back up and live. Sorry for such a long disruption, everyone.
This situation still isn't awesome; the wiki is ancient, we're not using it anymore, and we should not be shelling out $ every month to host a legacy PHP wiki! I'll spend a little time this afternoon trying to figure out an easy way to create a static archive.
