This list is for focused discussion on ES3.1 or whatever it might be called, which is intended to be a relatively small set of corrections and additions to ES3. It is agreed by all involved that ES3.1 will be a subset of ES4, and this requires communication both ways, and over- communication. So there will be cross-posts.
