Lars, The revision history that I am maintaining at the end of the document is the closest to a change log at the moment; it calls out the changes made between the 11 June draft and this one.
Just as a heads-up you should expect to see more changes between now and the next draft that we hope to upload in the 1st week of July; here are a few of the changes we will try to get into that version: (1) syntactic section for getter/setters (2) changes to strict mode (based on the email threads on the "use subset" directive) (3) changes related to renaming the [[Dynamic]] attribute (4) decimal (5) changes related to introducing const into the grammar (6) spec language fixes related to string indexing (7) Unicode clarifications Hopefully that should be a technically complete draft that people can start reviewing in preparation for the July TC39 meeting. Once we get that draft ready, I'll start maintaining an even more detailed change log.
