When Cache_Type=collector other fields which are not necessary to be displayed
should not be visible in the viewing mode of the Cache mediator

Go to Sequences and add a Cache mediator. Set the Cache Type = Collector and
update the mediator.
Fields which does not need to be displayed (which does not contain any values)
are displayed. The fields Hash Generator, Cache Timeout, Implementation Type
and Maximum Size need not to be displayed.
