Steps to reproduce
1. Go to Proxy Services and add a proxy service
2. Specify the in, out sequences and specify a WSDL as well
3. Then click on "Add reference" in the "Miscellaneous configuration" section
and without selecting any reference keys, save the proxy service
4. Once the proxy service is created, go to the edit mode and view the proxy
service. You will see that a blank table is displayed under the "Miscellaneous
section" [Refer attached Image]i
Therefore, if no reference keys are selected, do not display a blank table
