[UI] If no include keys are selected for a Script mediator avoid displaying a
blank table

Go to Sequences and add a "Script" mediator
Select the script type as "Registry"
Select the language and specify a key as well
Specify the function and update the mediator without adding any include keys
Once the mediator is updated a blank table is displayed with only the heading
which does not look very nice.
Therefore if include keys are not selected, do not display any tables. Refer
