Should not allow to clone a Proxy Service without a name

Steps to reproduce
1. Created a Proxy Service with necessary information
2. Selected the same Proxy Service, clicked on "Clone", did some changes and
clicked on the "Save" button without specifying a name for the cloned Proxy
Service.
3. It allowed me to save the Proxy Service without a name and a new Proxy
Service is added to the list without a name. [Refer Image]
Please check if the name is available before allowing to save the Proxy Service
