Resolution: Fixed
The bug is in the wsdl1to2 conversion and not in the sig model. It doesn't copy
all the namespaces declared in the wsdl1 to wsdl2, (even namespaces referred
from attributes values). So I raised a different Jira
https://wso2.org/jira/browse/COMMONS-58 on that.
