Asankha Perera resolved ESBJAVA-438.
------------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Once you start the ESB, you can connect to it via JMX locally or remotely
(using the JMX address shown at startup and the admin username/password). The
main control is via the org.wso2.esb/Admin/ServerAdmin MBean, which exposes
operations to: start/stop/restart/shutdown/shutdown gracefully/enter
maintenence and exit maintenence. When u request for a graceful shutdown, you
specify a maximum wait time to gracefully exit, before a shutdown is forced on
the expiry of the timer.

> It must be possible to re-start the ESB after stopping it via JMX

> The ESB should expose methods to shutdown (exist JVM) and just stop (stop all
> transports, tasks etc but don't die), so that if stopped, the instance could
> be restarted via JMX
