Once a Proxy Service is removed the relevant statistics of that particular

Steps to reproduce.
1. Create a Proxy Service and enable statistics
2. Invoke the Proxy Service through a client
3. Check the "Statistics" page and you will see the relevant statistics
4. Now delete the Proxy Service from the system
5. After some time check the statistics page once more and you will still see
the statistics of the Proxy service that you removed.
When you remove a Proxy Service the relevant statistics should be removed as
well
