Asankha Perera updated ESBJAVA-461:
-----------------------------------
Assignee: indika kumara (was: Ruwan Linton)
Fix Version/s: 1.7
Priority: Critical (was: Trivial)
I would actually treat this as a critical bug.. lets make a clone of the JS
function used (if any) to not capitalize the first letter for this
> When loading variables through the Class Mediator it converts the first
> letter of the Property name to capital from simple
> --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

> Key: ESBJAVA-461
> URL: https://wso2.org/jira/browse/ESBJAVA-461
> Project: WSO2 ESB
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Administration Console
> Affects Versions: NIGHTLY
> Environment: Ubuntu 7.10, Java version "1.5.0_14", Firefox2.0.0.12
> Reporter: Evanthika Amarasiri
> Assignee: indika kumara
> Priority: Critical
> Fix For: 1.7
>
>
> Steps to reproduce
> 1. Add a Class Mediator to a sequence, specify the class name and then click
> on 'Load Class'
> 2. When the variables are loaded, the the variable names that are displayed
> under Property Name are all converted making the first letter of each
> variable capital. This is actually wrong. By changing the case of the
> variable it refers to a different variable. Therefore do not convert the
> variable case. It would be appropriate to display the variable as it is.
