No.. I did a mistake in the bin.xml.. the tomcat.properties should
only exist in there.. I will fix this ASAP
I have fixed this one, and added commented entries for the defaults into
the tomcat.properties..
Since I did some changes to Synapse to not use System properties
extensively, you need to rebuild Synapse (1.2 branch) and then the ESB
for an update.. However, please note that I have not been able to test
the wso2-esb.bat file for the enhancements yet as I'm on Linux..
hopefully this will work, but if not, please check with the .sh until I
try this out and fix any issues
