Cachable duration of the integrated registry entries should NOT be dynamic
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: ESBJAVA-474
                 URL: https://wso2.org/jira/browse/ESBJAVA-474
             Project: WSO2 ESB
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Registry
    Affects Versions: NIGHTLY
         Environment: JDK1.5.0_14, Ubuntu7.10, Firefox 2.0.0.12
            Reporter: Evanthika Amarasiri
            Assignee: Ruwan Linton

After creating an entry in the integrated registry specify a cachable duration
and update. Click on another entry and click back on the newly created entry.
You will see that the timeout gradually decreases. This happens till the
timeout reaches 0. Shouldn't the timeout be static?
