FYI, I was able to get the following ports registered on IANA for Apache Synapse (WSO2 ESB) [1].
synapse-http 8280 [tcp/udp] synapse-https 8243 [tcp/udp] Further I have added these to the List of commonly used port numbers WIKI page [2] as well.
