Web Console wont run on Opera and Konquerer

Web Console wont run on Opera 9.5.1 and Konquerer 3.5.9. Opera simply tries to
download a file named default when I point to http://localhost:9444/esb/ and
Konquerer says that there is a binary file @ http://localhost:9444/esb/ that it
can't open.
