Problem browsing available web services on transports

There was an issue if you typed in http://localhost/soap and left off the / .
When you click it all it does is refresh the page and add it... I've fixed
this by changing the following code in
Package: org.apache.synapse.transport.nhttp
Class: ServerWorker
Method: getServicesHTML()
