Enable addressing automatically for endpoints if "separateListener" is enabled

When separateListener radio button is selected for an endpoint then select the
WS-Addressing check box automatically.
NOTE: If you tick off the check box "separateListener" and save the endpoint
(Or the sequence/proxy service which contains the endpoint) it would not save
the selected value. Only if you select both separateListener and WS-Addressing,
it would save the endpoint details properly
