ServerAdmin MBean should expose Esb Status as an attribute

Hi all,
while working on the ESB monitoring we found that there is no way to know
if the esb has been set in maintenance mode through the ServerAdmin MBean.
We would need to have an attribute exposed for this MBean to know if the
methods startMaintenance, endMaintenance, start and stop have been invoked. I
wrote a small patch I am attaching here. Could be worth integrating it in the
next release ?
