Missing parameter "Algorithm"on C:\wso2esb-1.7.1\tomcat\conf\tomcat.properties
needed to specify KeyManagerFactory other than SunX509 (i.e. IbmX509). File
C:\wso2esb-1.7.1-src\modules\startup\src\main\java\org\wso2\esb\TomcatServer.java
, method addSSLConnector() also needs to be modified to take into account the
algorithm paramter for SSL connector.
