ESB threading issues in delivering responses and it blocks the responses

Sometimes messages arriving to the ESB are going out through the sequences and
endpoint if there is a one and gets the response back from the actual server,
but never delivers back to the client. Once the server is restarted this issues
is fixed. This is not a consistent issue, and probably a concurrency issue.
