Saliya, Ruwan,

I have found a configuration that does not cause the parser error, so I am
no longer blocked on this issue. With that configuration I have however
another issue reported in 
http://www.nabble.com/WSSecurityException%3A-Error-in-converting-SOAP-Envelope-to-Document-td18058906.html#a19175967.
It would be great if someone could investigate this issue :o))).
