I noticed that managing tasks via tha UI has serious issues. example: try to change the interval of an existing task
result: you get errors about an already existing task. The task does not run with the updated inteval. and if you don't get any error, the modifications are not seen in Configure/synapse/Current configuration. Nor in the conf/synapse.xml (after hitting Save).
