I have the same problem, the port configuration in mgt-transports.xml are lost after some error occurrs in the ESB with the proxy services, duplicate configuration but I have only one proxy service....when this occurrs the default configuration is loaded so the endpoint of proxy services are wrong with more errors during the restart of ESB or in the startup of another tools that use the same port loaded by default in ESB....
