Oh Gawd you guys...girl can't even be miserable by herself LOL...by the way
Mona ...I have a large 2 bedroom apt...lots of room for you, the dogs and
sleeping bags..

In a nutshell everyone and to put all your caring worst case scenerio thoughts
to rest....here's what's going on

my left eye has developed a syndrome called Possner Schlossman...very
mysterious...basically it's an eye inflamation that won't go away...and
pressure that goes up and down like a yo-yo...no pain...just have to take these
stupid steroid drops every hour for gawd knows how long....no one knows why it
appeared ...or what to do about it...again the sight isn't affected and there
is no pain...just a painful schedule that I am not following well....

Then, I finally got up the courage when on vacation at the beginning of April
and got my bloodwork done...as you know I'm a type 2 diabetic ....

well, good news cholesterol down, bad news....sometime in the three years I
managed to avoid the blood work, my thyroid kicked the bucket so now I'm on
thryroid replacement drugs....bad news...because of my thyroid or lack thereof,
the diabetes is out of control...not badly...just a bit elevated, but a p in
the a...because normally I have it under such control....so ...I drop drops,
take pills at 4 am so I can have my coffee at 5, am taking more
metformin...thinking that I might be oding....and the pups are
great!!!!.....Max is a changed puppy...is now making friends everywhere he
goes, Lillie is being a terrific nurse...and Tris is just being Tris....

I really am going to be ok....but talk about being handed a handful...I am by
nature not a pill person nor do I do well with eye drops...everywhere
but.....then on April 20th I turned 55....so officially I'm a senior...which
may have good bits....still going to work everyday...hanging out with the
dogs...and trying to find Sunny a wife...may have a lead...now can someone
please tell me about the puppy mill bust in Washington State...I might be able
to foster one...and may be able to find foster homes here for a few more.....

To quote Sunny..."it's ok"..."it's ok"

Hugs

Mar, Lillie, Trissie, Max

Oh where, oh where is our ever faithful Marian?  She is so dear and loving that
she has actually invited me to her home and said she would sleep on her sofa
and me the bedroom of her small apartment.  Both with all our dogs.  Just makes
me suffer to think she may be sick as I have hoped it was lack of a PC that she
is not coming in but someone wrote about that time she was having a health
problem.  Wherever you are Marian - We all love and miss you something fierce!
Waiting for you...  Mona and the 'Club'
