Hi all,

Since JSCS has been getting some publicity, I figured I'd start by looking
at the rules it supports and see where we stack up. I started a new sheet
in the Google Doc here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ap5QGaRT4AJ_dGV6VXBlMEw3NHhVRl9vQ0lIX2FnVlE#gid=3

It's not quite filled in, so feel free to contribute if any of the existing
ESLint rules are missing from this.

I'm not sure if we need all of the same rules as JSCS, but I'd like to get
most of them. :)
