I've used the Jenkins Checkstyle plugin with ESLint successfully. Just use 
the checkstyle formatter and point the jenkins job to the output file.

If Sonar supports any of the ESLint formatters (there's a checkstyle 
plugin), I'm sure you can have Jenkins push the output file to Sonar as 
well.
