[ESLint] eslint not workin - installed locally(NodeJS project) & globaly. Vim integration fault??

Hi everybody,
eslint is not working on my Fedora 23. I installed it both globaly and also 
localy in my project (MeteorJS) and also localy installed plugins 
eslint-react/meteor-plugin (was unable to install them globally cause of 
some errors) .
And I've eslint both in my $home dir and the root of the project. and I use 
vim and in .vimrc I've theese lines
let g:syntastic_javascript_checkers = ['eslint']
let g:syntastic_javascript_eslint_exec = ['eslint'] 


Here I disclose my .eslintrc.
