Hi Jason, We are very glad you enjoy ESLint. Instead of creating a new site, how about contributing the translations to eslint.org? That way, we can keep all of the documentation together.
We would need to think about how to arrange it and how to keep it up to date with the latest changes, but we would be happy to discuss this with you.
