one-var only caters for single declaration scopes as far as I can see.
requireMultipleVarDecl allows for multiple variable declarations, but
forces them into the same var block
E.g.
Valid:
var a, b, c;
console.log('hello');
var d, e;
Invalid:
var a;
var b;
var c;
console.log('hello');
var d;
var e;
