I've written a plugin (https://github.com/cletusw/eslint-plugin-local-rules) to
workaround https://github.com/eslint/eslint/issues/2715 . That issue has been
closed for understandable reasons, but I think people would appreciate it if it
linked to workarounds such as mine.
Could @nzakas or @ilyavolodin please comment with a link to my workaround? Or
unlock the issue so I can?
