Hi, I work on an open-standard static analysis file format called SARIF
(Static Analysis Results Interchange Format). The SARIF project is driven
by individuals from a number of industry organizations including Microsoft,
Micro Focus, Semmle, GrammaTech, and Kestrel Technology. The format is
being adopted throughout the static analysis ecosystem, and the SARIF
Technical Committee feels that the inclusion of a SARIF formatter as one of
ESLint's out-of-box defaults would be broadly beneficial. I've written a
SARIF formatter and I would like to get it added as part of the ESLint
install process. Please let me know how to proceed. I am happy to answer
any questions or provide additional information.
