Some years ago, when I was at school and lived in small town, I took part in meeting where people discuss with buisnessman and government of town construction project of new factory. Citizens was opposing because it was factory of explosive. It was need for quarries which situated there. But citizens won. I think businessman should find other place, but it's not profitable.
I'm vote for ecological friendly factories. They are getting profit. They have to pay us: build playgrouns, schools. Hm.. Maybe government is should too. In big cities people have to depend playgrounds because many companies try build more and more buildings between block of flats.
