Here in Brazil the electronic vote is secure and efficient. Since the
elections of 2000, 100% of electors have voted using electronig vote.
The electronic process of voting in Brazil passes through a series of
decryptation stages in several levels, from cities to states, until it
gets to the final level in federal capital, where information can be
finally read and computed.
