Dear NgoNam, It's a shame that sometimes we don't even have time to say a simple "thank you" or as you mention, to vote for the people contributions, but never is too late. Perhaps it's simply that everyone is so busy that we aren't even realized of this situation.
Personally, when I found something that seems interesting I share it here with the hope it be interesting for someone but also with the hope it not be annoying for the rest, but sometimes I hesitate and don't do it. I mean, if there would be any kind of feedback like the options you give, it would help a lot. And from my heart, thank you very much for the motivation you are giving to the group.
