Even there is no an option to read both versions in parallel, I think it's valuable. Doing a search for "bilingual news" I can tell there are sites for other languages, like this: http://language.chinadaily.com.cn/bilingual.shtml Perhaps doing an exhaustive search we can find better sources like these.
