Hi Jason, Claire, Pln and all!!! I agree with you, Jason. Some behavious we have may be seen eccentric to some but it's quite ordinary for your culture. But there's a stereotype too. Some countries are known for their politics, soccer, carnival, religiosity, weather and so forth. Others are known for their eccentricity, maybe that's the case of Belgium. But I see you point.
