Hi friends,

I would listen to the podcasts again and again, e.g. in a random order
and study the available transcripts, e.g. write down some selected
expressions/vocabulary.

In general, if the aim is not only to understand (listening) but to
speak using the new vocabulary/expressions, I'm afraid listening is
not enough.

Other point is that it would help if what you are listening is
interesting for you and is according to your level, I mean, just a bit
more difficult than what you already can understand, if not, it would
be better to listen other podcasts, about topics that you find more
interesting/attractive and suit your listening level better.

Thanks,

Pablo
