Hi Ed, Pln, Briana and all,

I think it's really hard to live in a country where no one around you
speaks English. In some extent is like to swim against the current.
You have to be very perseverant and enthusiastic person specially to
develop your speaking skills. Well, I think that's what I feel that
I've been through. Well, I enjoy it and it's worth.

An anecdote: some ten or more years ago, I didn't have Internet
whatsoever, either TV Cable, nothing, perhaps only a computer. Well, I
had a short wave radio, at night time it was possible to listen an
ecuadorian radio station with some effort and luck, HCJB, The Voice of
the Andes (http://www.hcjb.org/). That was all I had to listen to. Now
we have hundreds of Internet radio stations, and perhaps less free
time, who would believe it?

Thank you,

Pablo
