Hi Elham, nice to hear from you, I have many links for audio sources available on 'My English Toolbar' under the 'Audio' menu:
http://myenglishtoolbar.ourtoolbar.com/ Well, the important think is that you like what you are going to listen to. Why don't you install the toolbar and choose yourself? Well, some audio resources can be downloaded directly, others need an add-on like 'DownloadHelper' (Firefox) to make the download possible. And even, other possibility is to record live programs from Internet radio stations using e.g. FREE Hi-Q Recorder (links for those tools included in the toolbar). Here the link of a daily podcast I have been listening to lately (aprox 1.5 hours the whole 'takeaway'): http://www.thetakeaway.org/current And here some links for your consideration: http://marketplace.publicradio.org/ http://www.englishlistening.com/startListeningNow.do http://soundportraits.org/ http://transom.org/ http://www.radiodiaries.org/index.html Family Health - http://www.fhradio.org/archives.html http://www.shortstoryradio.com/listen_to_short_stories.htm http://www.publicbroadcasting.net/wcbe/.jukebox?action=podcasts&sortBy=author&isAsc=false http://englishconversations.org/ http://www.californiareport.org/healthdialogues/archive.jsp http://www.waywordradio.org/category/episodes/ http://americanradioworks.publicradio.org/documentaries.php http://www.talkinghistory.org/index.html http://www.justicetalking.org/ http://hearingvoices.com/ http://www.npr.org/ http://www.jolindaosborne.com/idioms.php Happy listening!
