Maybe it's too unrealistic or ideal to say that material possessions
don't make a person happy when most people strive to make ends meet.
But it's true after you have achieved more or less all your goals and
own all the necessary things most people want to have.

Needs will never run out so as greed.
I can't recall the name of the man who made a speech on BBC World News
and the title of the book he wrote.
He said the only happiness that can last isn't something you can buy
and it doesn't cost you anything,either.

It is to help other people and make yourself useful in any way you
can...
For instance,lending a helping hand,giving an encouraging
smile,patting  someone on the back,saying something kind and positive
to someone,etc.

At least that's what makes me happy and it does work like magic!;-)
