It is a good question...
Persons are not giving attention for that problem, big problem, by
thinking that your action not do different.
Personally I make something for contribute to decrease that problem.
Exmple: I separate the plastic trash of metal, no discard batteries on
common trash and, mostly, not burn things unnecessary.
It this my contribution.
Someone more contribute?
