Well, I guess there is corruption in any place... As a non smoker I respect whom is. When people are smoking near me i just move away from them just because cigarette smoke make me bad.
As cigarette is an addictive habit, I´d like to know from everyone mainly from smokers, Why people smoke ? and you are smoker, Would you like to stop ?
