Apparently it wasn't my network connection that was resulting in the proxy error. I'm now on a different network and computer (still Safari & FF browsers) and I'm getting a proxy error at http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/ESME/Index
http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/ESME/API and other pages seem to work fine. Any ideas? Ethan
